The Dogalicious Low Fat Diet is an ultra-low fat recipe (only 20 grams of fat per Mcal) characterized by its extremely high digestibility due to its::

• Ultra low-fat content, while at the same time still ensuring that the requirements for linoleic acid, essential in dogs, are met, and also providing significant amounts of the beneficial EPA and DHA;
• High protein content, provided from lean cuts of chicken breast;
• Highly digestible sources of carbohydrates: quinoa and sweet potatoes;
• High amount of fresh vegetables and fruit that provide antioxidants and phytochemicals that can help alleviate and prevent inflammation of the pancreas.
• Balance content of fiber to allow to keep the energy intake high despite the restriction in calories provided through fat.
