At Dogalicious, all our fresh meals are prepared in small batches and kept frozen to ensure the highest quality and food safety.
Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, we always stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with any issue, we will gladly offer a replacement.

✅ Replacement is offered when:
The item received is incorrect
Packaging is damaged or compromised on arrival
Food is spoiled, thawed, or unsafe due to courier handling
The order is missing items
There is any quality or fulfilment error caused by us or our delivery partners
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

❌ Returns & refunds are NOT accepted for:
Fresh or frozen meals (due to food safety regulations)
Dislike of taste or preference changes
Orders stored incorrectly after delivery
Delays caused by weather, traffic, building access, or third-party limitations
