Terms & Conditions:

1. DogaPoints will be rewarded after deducting discounts and shipping fee.
2. DogaPoints can only be used to deduct purchases of retail fresh meal packs, natural snacks, and merchandise. Excludes customised plan.
3.  DogaPoints cannot be exchanged for cash. It can only be used during checkout to deduct eligible spending.
4. Once DogaPoints are redeemed, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for rewards.
5. DogaPoints are valid for one year from the date of purchase on each order. Points that have expired will be automatically forfeited.
6. For the first order of a customised plan, you will earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent. Double points can be earned for each customised plan renewal.
7. Trial variety packs are not eligible to earn or deduct points.
8. DogaPoints cannot be used to deduct the spending of discounted or promotional items.
9. To be eligible for birthday rewards, please register the dog’s birthday in advance by filling out the form at our webpage. Late registrations will not be accepted
10. Points cannot be used to deduct shipping fees.
11. In case of any disputes, Dogalicious reserves the right of final decision.
