Dogalicious is fully owned by Dogalicious Co. Ltd. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully written below before you make any orders. If you disagree any of the clauses below, please DO NOT make order from the site.

Delivery:

S.F. Express as our logistic partner. They provide frozen delivery services to most areas of Hong Kong. We will communicate your selected delivery time period to S.F. Express. However, please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery time for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of delivery to that particular area, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Dogalicious, however, will try its best to inform you in advance if any delivery will be delayed.
With your consent, we can also arrange to leave the deliveries with your doorman or at your doorstep. However, we do not take responsibility for any losses.

Cancellations & Refunds:

We do not provide refund to subscription plans if cancel half way through the week.  We also do not provide refunds to any renewal subscription fee charged. If you wish to cancel or stop your subscription, please do so at least 2 working days before your usual delivery date.

We do not provide refunds to any product sold and delivered.

Privacy Policy

All your personal data collected will only be used in a lawful, fair and reasonable way and under the protection of the Personal Data (Privacy) (Amendment) Ordinance 2012. Dogalicious will keep all data strictly secured and will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information collected is relevant, not excessive, accurate, complete and up-to-date. Dogalicious will not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with third parties. The information including but not limited to Cookies, name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, from you is only to identify your orders, provide you with newsletter (if applicable) and to personalize your shopping experience with us.

We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time, and in our sole discretion. We encourage you to frequently check this page for any changes to our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the service after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.

Disclaimer

At Dogalicious, we take the utmost care to prepare the food. Dogalicious will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to personal injury, death, damage to or loss of property, damage to your computer or loss of data stored on it, consequential loss or loss of profit or business opportunity) arising from your use of this website, and whether any such loss arises from Dogalicious breach of any contract or implied contract, negligence or other tort or wilful act.

If Dogaliocious fails to comply with these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable to you for, at most, the purchase price of the Products.

Law and Jurisdiction

Any purchase of products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by Hong Kong law, without respect to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
