About this diet
There is exactly one thing in this bag: sirloin steak. We buy whole human-grade sirloin, hand-slice it, and dry it slowly in our own Hong Kong kitchen until it reaches that firm, satisfying chew dogs work at rather than swallow whole.
Single-ingredient treats matter more than they sound. If your dog is on an elimination diet, or you are trying to work out what they react to, most commercial treats quietly undo the whole exercise - they carry flavourings, glycerin, preservatives and often a second or third protein. This one carries beef, and nothing else.
Slow dehydration rather than frying means the flavour concentrates while the fat stays where it was, so a high-value reward costs your dog very little in calories. Hand-slicing keeps the grain of the muscle intact, which is what gives each piece its chew.
